運動瘦身,肉卻給軟了 - 減肥

前面有PO文,說明我當初是靠運動而瘦下來的
但是一直困擾著我的是。。。。以前我是88KG
當時的身材都是人家所說的,肉很OB硬的那種(人家說難瘦的那種)
斷斷續續的減肥,最後用跑步來到現在的5XKG
不曉得是否是女生的關係,更或者我在跑步期間吃太少
我每天跑步2H,肉卻沒有變得結實,反道是本來硬幫幫的肉
我現在變成了麻吉人。。。。。我不曉得哪裡出了問題><
更或者那時吃太少,可是看板上說減脂一定要靠運動
我家的人也覺得很奇怪,跑步肉卻變得很軟
請問一下我是不是要吃別的東西(那時好像比較少吃肉)
我是女生,沒有想過要練肌肉,只想要結實就好
至少不要,己經很瘦了,穿內衣背後還是擠出了一團肉來
