運動的效果也太強太了吧 - 減肥

原PO是三十幾歲生過二個小孩的歐巴桑
身高163公分,婚前體重約在50KG左右
婚前一直有運動的習慣(婚後太幸福~變懶了)
生過小孩後,體重約維持在55KG
今年四月中突然想減肥塑身
就開始決定運動
一週約運動3~4次,先騎划步機30~40分鐘
然後再作重量訓練(啞鈴),最後再作伸展
每次運動大概60~90分鐘
飲食的部分並沒有刻意節食
掌握少油炸,飲食盡量清淡,多蔬果
白天如果吃很多,晚上就喝蔬菜湯,不再吃澱粉
其實二個月下來,體重只少二公斤而已
真的減很少,本來我也覺得很灰心(沒辦法,還是有體重數字迷思)
可是最近同事都說我變瘦了
連鄰居都發現,還直呼我一定瘦超過5公斤以上
今天參加同學會,大家都叫我辣媽(羞)
根本看不出來生過小孩
運動的效果真的好強大喔!!
PS:現在體脂肪是21.9%
三圍是34 26 36
