各位晚安~
這陣子因為天氣越來越熱
就莫名的很想運動!!
流大汗的感覺真的很舒爽!!
但是跑步總覺得自己一個人好無聊……
所以最近晚上就開始跟同事們一起去打羽球~
本身也有爬山的習慣,假日也會去爬爬山~
但是看到大家po文的運動幾乎都是跑步+重訓 或 鄭多燕~
想問問大家~~~
如果選擇打羽球或其他非跑步的運動,是否也能達到跟跑步一樣的效果呢?
Ps 打羽球的話是連打2-3場後休一場,再繼續連打~持續2小時!
