以前是個完全不運動的人
前陣子為了健康才開始運動
買了啞鈴跟彈力繩訓練手臂跟臀腿肌力
但練肚子發生很大的問題
捲腹做沒幾分鐘就後頸痛
就知道施力點開始錯誤了
看了網路上的教學影片還是無法正確的施力
不知道是沒力了還是怎樣
好苦惱:(
