過瘦想健康增重 - 健身

基本資料
性別年紀:男,28足歲
身高:168cm
體重:50~52kg
腰身:29腰
體脂率&BMI值:依照http://ppt.cc/QP,O此網站計算為11% & 18
其他:有大腸激躁症,吃完東西很容易就上廁所,三餐正常進食且適量但有些挑食
一直以來我都是瘦子一族,是非常瘦那種,手腕的寬度只有5.5cm
曾經加入某世界連鎖健身中心會員(不到三天就退掉了)
中心的教練曾建議我吃高蛋白增重,但我沒有嘗試
看到當兵的學弟去健身後的成果有些羨慕,不過我太瘦,也沒太多肉能夠練,所以才
請教板友是否有健康、有效的增重方式
另外也想請問,高蛋白是真的能夠增重@@?
