運動與用餐的時間間隔 - 減肥

最近常常會做點簡單的重訓跟騎X-bike或者快走
有時晚上大約五點半吃完晚餐,九點左右開始騎X-bike,
結束後做點簡單的重訓,做點伸展收操,然後洗澡,抬腿十五分鐘,睡覺,
假日則是下午三點左右騎X-bike 六十到九十分鐘,做半個小時的伸展收操,
大約休息約半個小時(約五點半到六點)就吃晚餐。
上個星期跟朋友講到自己最近的運動,他就說想減肥,興沖沖地說想要跟著去,
結果星期六跟朋友較晚吃晚餐(約七點),到九點半左右跟他說要不要去快走,
她就說看書上(還是雜誌?)說運動前兩個小時不能吃正餐,若是這樣會加速吸收,
我想說那好吧,我自己去快走一個小時,
然後再隔天周日,下午四點左右,我跟她說一起出去跑步或者快走一下,
她又說這麼晚了,快要吃晚餐了,如果運動完吃東西也會加速吸收,會變胖。
老實說,我覺得這應該是她不想運動的藉口....
吃之前不能運動,吃之後又不能運動,那不就整天都不要運動了?
那麼你周末去走路逛街 shopping 後一整個下午,接著喊要走好久好累要休息,
然後跑去吃下午茶跟點心,這樣算運動後吃東西嗎?
原本打算這樣回應的,但因為實在沒有具體證據可以說她的說法不對,
於是上網找了一下資料,是有些資料說建議運動前四小時不要吃正餐,
運動前兩小時避免吃蛋白質跟脂質過高的食物,運動前一小時盡可能只攝取液態食物,
還有一些是運動後盡量先攝取液態食物。
所以究竟朋友說的是對的,還是我原本的方法應該要修正?
