今天剛好有空,就向女性健身房約了時間去了解他們的健身方式,
我第次使用一些簡單的重訓器材,不過那邊教練跟我說那不是重訓!?
說他們家是有氧跟重量訓練交替使用的新運動方法,聽完教練幫我
分析我平時的減肥方式,我才發現,因為我平時屬於有氧的運動方法
我又不太多吃,基代無法增加,後來因為覺得入會費蠻貴的,就挽拒了
做幾分鐘的重訓再做幾分鐘的有氧,這樣子持續三十分鐘,真的是最
好的健身方法嗎?我心想,最後還有做一個奇妙的伸展才不會變金剛
芭比?我記得是沒那麼容易變呀~不是運動後捏一捏肌肉?奇妙的是那不是
在運動前才要做伸展卻放到最後?超疑問的,這樣先做運動不是會很容
易受傷?挽拒的原因還有一半是我滿是疑問,交替的做有氧跟重訓真的很
好嗎?不知為何,一走出那裡,就想買彈力繩來玩~
