計算慢跑圈數的小工具 - 健身

開始慢跑約三個月了,
從一開始只能龜速跑6圈(400m)就覺得很累...
到現在進展至 13圈/約40分鐘,
心跳130上下 (用手機app:instant heart rate測的)
實在是愈來愈喜歡慢跑這個運動 :D
尤其是最近當太陽偶爾露臉出來時,
第一個念頭就是想穿上跑鞋出去曬太陽 XD
有時候天氣不好,跑到一半開始飄毛毛雨
但看見操場其他人還是認真地前進,就會堅持著要繼續跑完!!!
(也有可能是因為喜歡的村上大叔有持續慢跑的習慣吧)
這幾週因為圈數進展到十圈以上,
所以計圈數突然變得有點困難 @@ 常一恍神就忘記跑幾圈了 囧
試過用手指比數字、邊跑邊默唸...都很容易恍神
直到今天在雜貨店發現一個小巧的手指計數機
有種撿到寶的感覺啊 XDDDD

可以直接套在手指上,按大顆按扭就會計數,按一次+1
reset就歸零,好方便啊!!! ~( ̄▽ ̄)~(_△_)~( ̄▽ ̄)~(_△_)~( ̄▽ ̄)~
這樣就不會記錯圈數了!
可以確實知道自己的進展,感覺很棒 :)
