運動過後吃與不吃 - 減肥

因為去年中了流感 在家吃吃睡睡五天+上學期在宿舍零食吃太爽
結果胖了4公斤= =
被周遭的人說 你怎麼胖這麼多OTL
所以決定來減肥 目標是10公斤=.=
我平常運動的時間是放學後5:15~5:50
然後運動完那時候肚子正餓=.=
所以晚餐...都是直接買便當吃
(因為依稀記得 去年來爬文時 看過說運動後馬上吃是修補 不會胖)
總結以上所以今天就回來複習了一下
看了前面某篇的M文
是在說運動完後可以吃東西
而且體重不會有改變
但是最下面的這句
"運動後不吃東西的另一個缺點就是因為運動的大量肝醣消耗而讓身體處於一個低血糖狀況
,假如不補充營養,則是造成了一個肌肉分解的環境;辛辛苦苦的運動,結果白忙一場"
意思就是...吃的話會有肌肉嗎 囧.....
但是我不想要身上有肌肉啊.. 這樣到底該不該吃?
P.s 上禮拜和上上禮拜各跑三天就默默瘦0.5....
