運動量夠嗎? - 健身

體脂率:19.2%

三餐內容
早餐:無糖豆漿450cc + special k麥片
午餐:subway不加醬 or 自助餐2菜
晚餐:水果+無糖豆漿450cc+全麥土司
基本上一天的熱量控制在1000大卡左右
日常作息時間:
7:00起床,23:00睡覺,晚上or下午會運動
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天有氧運動60min + 慢跑(6km/hr) 60min
我的問題 :
執行飲食控制已經一個月.運動半個月,
但是體重下降的幅度非常小(1kg左右),體形好像也沒什麼變化,覺得有一點點失落.
這樣的運動量OK嗎?有什麼需要改變的地方呢?
還是我繼續保持下去,就可以了呢?謝謝
p.s 我希望能瘦到48kg左右
