三餐內容
早餐:1.肉鬆蛋餅+無糖豆漿
2.饅頭+可爾必思
午餐:1.便當(排骨或雞腿)
2.海盜飯糰
3.7-11蒜辣涼麵
晚餐:1.滷味(王子麵+青椒跟菠菜+魚餃三個)
2.海盜飯糰
3.飯捲(包肉鬆泡菜跟甜不辣)
4.鵝肉麵
其他:有時候早上起來大概十點多,早餐就跟午餐一併解決,大概十一點就吃了
午餐跟晚餐都會配無糖綠茶,每日喝水1200c.c左右
週末回家就吃家裡煮的,大概都吃半碗飯
不喝有糖飲料 一個月大餐大概兩次
日常作息時間:早上八九點起床 晚上十二點或一點睡覺
生活型態:學生
減肥方式: 每週騎x-bike4-5次 30min 12km 阻力4 速度28-30 心跳86-90(看心跳表的
)
問題陳述:我這樣減肥大概減了一個月,才瘦了一公斤,剛開始騎x-bike是騎阻力3
速度20-25,可是騎久了就覺得太輕了,就調到阻力4,速度28-30 這樣騎
了一個月也覺得阻力4好像又對我來說太輕了,我要不要在繼續往上調一個阻
力,還有就是騎x-bike的時候,怎麼騎都騎不到心跳130,最多就96,是騎太
慢還是有什麼地方不對?
請問我還有什麼要加強的地方 請大家指正或是建議謝謝
