我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規: 是
想請教板上各位專家
之前運動量大約一周四次 每次約莫一小時
體脂肪約莫維持在10左右
但因為最近工作量增加 大概維持一周兩次的左右的運動
在飲食作息跟之前一樣的情況下
體脂肪會容易變高嗎??
還是我的運動量必須再加強 以彌補次數?
