過敏體質跑不久? - 健身

最近兩個月開始跑步
之前是20 min跑3km
最近一周增加到30min 4km
目標是5km
但我有一個問題很困擾
就是我本身是屬於過敏體質
小時候有異位性皮膚炎
夏天天氣熱時也容易長汗皰疹
戶外曬太陽久一點的話就會覺得全身發癢
刮到皮膚會有皮膚畫紋的那種(就是像寫字那樣紅紅的突起來)
白天工作的關係都待在冷氣房
運動也都是以室內為主(跑步機 游泳 跳舞等)
之前試過清晨路跑
結果也是全身癢到不行 鼻水直流
跑跑步機的時候 大概跑超過15分鐘(大概就是全身熱起來的時候)
就會開始流鼻水
一直吸鼻涕 呼吸就會亂掉
也沒閒暇去擤鼻涕
最近跑4km的時候
鼻水真的不誇張 一直流出來(冏)
只好拿擦汗的毛巾擦
請問有其他人有這種問題嗎
有沒有什麼方法可改善呢?
