體脂率:30~32%(用家裡的簡陋體脂計量的)

三餐內容
早餐:好市多藍莓貝果+義美無糖豆漿(250ml)+笑牛乳酪塊
午餐:(1)好市多藍莓貝果+茶葉蛋+飲料(牛奶或阿華田或無糖茶)
(2)學校3菜1主菜便當 (<--大概兩~三個禮拜吃一次)
晚餐:(1)八方雲集蔬菜水餃8粒+茶葉蛋
(2)鹽水雞:馬鈴薯+高麗菜+金針菇+豆皮
(3)自己煮麵:味增+烏龍麵+一堆青菜+蛋
其他:平日無 假日比較會亂吃 會偷吃冰淇淋...
日常作息時間:平日23/24:00~7/8:30
假日比較亂 會睡午覺睡過頭 晚上又睡不太著..
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
x-bike 45~60分鐘,心跳數約150~160左右
沒有重訓
小聲說:每天走路去附近超市(路程8分鐘)買東西(4~5公斤) 有效果嗎?@.@~
我的問題:
7月開始減到現在算了小有成果了*v*
原本BMI在"肥胖"的...終於進入正常了
可是最近感覺都沒變瘦
穿起毛衣還是很臃腫
想說改成跑步也許會比較夠力?
不過我冬天一跑步就會全身癢 ...
然後飲食菜單的貝果也有點吃膩了
而且每天吃貝果好嗎??!
希望大家給我一些建議..
我每次到冬天就會復胖 囧a
