適合當早/午茶的健康點心? - 減肥

最近因為開始減肥運動,很難湊到基本代謝量
所以就趁早/午茶的時候多補充一點(ˋ皿ˊ)o + +
目前比較適合的點心大多是水果跟大燕麥片
雖然水果可以換來換去的,不過還是會想要些新奇的QAQ
前幾天看到了有板友推薦 全麥饅頭 是個好棒的新選擇>\\\<
請問大家有沒有其他推薦的呢?
我目前想到的還有水煮蛋@_@
早/午茶時間的點心需要耐放且方便食用啊~~~(淚奔)
P.S 即溶飲料應該很不適合減肥中的人食用吧@@?
