我是女生,今年29歲。
我是來自一個胖胖的家族,全家人都圓圓的。
但是我從小就是瘦瘦的,但是家族裡的人說30歲之後他們才開始變胖,
從25歲之後就開始感覺的新陳代謝速度開始變慢,
以前隨隨便便就可以變瘦的現象再也不會出現了。
我身高161公分,之前不小心放縱自己接近60公斤,
但是家族肥胖的陰影突然讓我害怕我自己就會一直隨著年齡胖下去,
所以我開始運動、注意飲食,
過了一年現在維持161/51左右的身材,體脂在25、26之間。
但是家裡的人還是會酸酸地說不管我多努力,時間到了還是會跟他們一樣胖,
雖然我覺得家族肥胖很多是跟生活習慣習習相關,
但是對於肥胖這件事情我還是感到很害怕,像詛咒一樣,
很害怕自己越過30歲的那條線就會開始一直發胖....
理智上告訴我這件事情是不會發生的,只要我維持良好的生活習慣,
但是每每回家看見家人,家人的態度又會讓我不禁害怕,
想問問版上的各位有沒有人跟我有類似的情形(來自肥胖家族)?
那你們又是怎麼去處理這樣子的體質?
