運動習慣:一週三次 3000m 跑步, 大約17min跑完
我的問題:
1.覺得很容易發胖, 沒有持續運動體重就一直增加. 是否是攝取過多熱量?
2. 運動量是否足夠? 跑步中間適合作何種運動?
