日常作息時間:六七點起床吧晚上十二點一點睡
減肥型態: 目前是跳有氧吧
問題陳述:看同學跳鄭多燕搭配上少吃1個多月瘦了10公斤,所以我前幾個禮拜開始跳,可是好像沒明顯效果欸!
為甚麼呢?然後還想問說如果想在2個月內減掉10~15公斤,有什麼比較好的方法嗎?
