各位巨巨好
我先自介一下 一年前我身高大約180cm
體重100kg左右
工作算半個勞力活 麵包師
然後開始飲食控制和重量訓練 飲食大部分以原型食物為主 自己烹飪 偶爾外食
熱量大概抓在1800大卡 蛋白質體重兩倍(盡量)
然後重訓一週四到五天 不做有氧
然後持續了七個月 體重到了80kg
(人在國外不方便量inbody)
然後疫情爆發 開始封城 沒辦法訓練了
只能偶爾徒手 但做身體健康的
想說增不了肌 那就認真減個脂 執行204斷食
飲食策略一樣吃到基代 蛋白質兩倍
封城持續了三個月 昨天才解封
目前體重來到了72kg 肌肉和體脂都有下降
自行目測 體感大約體脂率介於20~23之間
希望目標達到15% 肌肉不強求 但看得出有訓練痕跡就好
目前問題:1.現在開始恢復訓練 飲食一樣204 想要繼續降體脂 不介意些微體重上升 我知?
如果希望體脂到15% 看得出有訓練痕跡
我熱量攝取要抓在剛好TDEE還是要高一點或是低一點?
有需要搭配有氧嗎?
2.昨天第一天恢復訓練覺得重量降超多
啞鈴臥推單邊原本是26kg做組 昨天做到16手就在抖 我知道還在恢復期
請問各位大大如果持續訓練 大約多久可以恢復之前的訓練強度?
