各位巨巨大家好
今天是想來向大家分享一個自己的事情還有不當重訓造成的問題
前陣子在練硬舉的時候
小弟沒有注意呼吸的調整
在舉1.6倍體重時突然就昏倒抽蓄
雖然幾秒後深呼吸幾口氣就好了
但是之後就算做平常自己在練的菜單甚至降重了,也告訴自己呼吸呼吸
還是有一種頭暈,無法集中的問題,就像上次快暈倒那樣子
這幾天去看了心臟內科
說是因為血液都在下肢沒有回流至心臟導致的
但醫生檢查我的心臟卻是很正常
說理論上應該是不會有這樣的問題發生
於是開始檢查我是否有心律不整
這幾天在等報告
如果沒問題而我狀況持續我可能還要再轉神經內科
今天要發文的目的不是要說我暈倒了這件事情
我想說的是
我發現醫療體系對於重訓這塊好像不是很熟悉
我在和醫生敘述得時候
醫生也是聽不懂一直以為我在說舉重但是我影片都給他看了...
最後還告訴我說妳沒有要比賽不用舉這麼重
但是其實硬舉1.6倍算很弱了....
我想問問大家在受傷不管內傷或外傷
大家就醫的時候都怎麼辦
雖然復健科可以處理大部分的事情
但是像我這種可能就要東看西看 看很久了
這問題滿讓我困擾沮喪的
想和大家討論大家自己的情形
