...重訓+有氧這種練法到底是哪裡出問題了= = - 健身

不好意思...我又來問了
我想要讓肌肉有線條出現...是要先拼命有氧運動瘦下來再重訓
還是同時併行也ok?(我知道這樣很累)
目前的問題是...肌肉有稍微多一些...體脂跟體重下降的速度很慢@_@
每天是重訓20分鐘--->跑步30~40分鐘--->重訓30分鐘
之前有版友說過....要讓"體重下降"跟"重訓練肌"是互相抵觸的
意思就是重訓會讓體重降的慢?
如果真的如此...先停止重訓~專心做有氧就好?
目前99KG
我是想邊練肌邊瘦...不過朋友說先瘦再重訓比較有效率
我很困擾~所以想請版友給點建議
