AB兩部位依序是A 2A2B 3A3B
最後的激烈動作因為已經累慘了目前還沒做
小弟新手 從5月中快走跑步到現在
體脂30-23%
體重93-95
身高185
最近開始搭配重訓
早餐是兩顆蛋 午餐711的沙拉和風醬 晚餐Costco雞肉半包加飯和豆腐
早餐 重訓完會喝450ml的無糖豆漿
目前是隔一天做AB 假日有時候休息 想請問大家一個部位的鍛鍊動作只需要一種嗎
這樣整套練完可能40分鐘 覺得太快了QQ
那些地方該更注意呢
另外肌肉痠痛都會很嚴重 目前第一個禮拜是痠痛還是硬上 搭配伸展運動會好一點嗎
