重訓前的飲食建議 - 健身

我是體力很差的泡芙女, 有開始上教練課一段時間
每次上課前都會吃點東西, 但是做兩三組深蹲後, 就會開始有點小頭昏
所以我上課前暖身做有氧就不大敢做太久
總覺得吃香蕉有點膩又不大夠的感覺
請問大家推薦重訓前吃什麼比較好?味道不會太重又方便買的?
