重訓加有氧菜單請教一下 - 健身

這幾周練一練突然想問一下
若我目標是以減脂為主 要多做有氧
但我目前是做
一胸 背 健身車30min
二二頭 三頭 深蹲 健身車30min
三健身車 1hr
四健身車1hr
五or六健身車1hr
肚子因為不太小(羞) 目前先做有氧消掉再說
但我發現這樣一周剛好可以五個部位都練到一次
如果改成
一胸 車45min
二背 車45min
三腿 車45min
四 二頭 車45min
五 三頭 車45min
這樣會比第一組來的好嗎?這樣單天單項能做的強度也都可以提高
(吃的部份我倒是ok 有氧過後心跳也都130以上 喘...)
游泳要先暫停 眼睛最近超癢的 水好像不是很乾淨= =
是要維持第一組呢 還是改做第二組試試看?
