(還是個大胖子!!!)
體重跟體脂雖然有降低但幅度很低 而且還是不正常值!!
不過慢慢養成運動習慣的好處是血壓從原本140/100 -> 110/75
腰圍從44腰到37腰
女朋友說我帥多了(誤
之前跑步覺得腳不太舒服 還是斷斷續續的跑
結果昨天腳跟肌腱發炎痛到快不能走路
今天就乖乖去復健科了 (淚喊:有傷一定要治好再運動阿!!!!)_
據物理治療師說法大概有一個月不能運動...
1.有沒有上班族考生可以上班+運動+念書的,拜託跟我分享一下!!!
2.板娘的諄諄教誨 有一陣子不運動的話,整個心肺功能會退化,
這代表我復健完以後又要從2K開始訓練嗎orz
3.現在這體重熱身完跳躍高度有稍微多了個三五公分,我要加油!!!
