重訓完很想睡.. - 健身

小弟我通常是下午四五點做重訓
約一個多小時 練習一個多月 目前都還是以肌耐力為主
每次重訓後 會覺得饑餓
故特別吃比較大量晚餐 (正好配合我增重需求)
問題來了 差不多7~8點時 就一陣莫名的睡意
但是又不能那時睡 所以很困擾我
請教大家有這問題嗎?該怎麼克服呢? thx
ps 爬過文 主要有提到用鉻
除了這個方法還有其他需要注意的嗎?
