重訓後休息時間的長度 - 健身

想請教各位板友,
在重訓過後要讓該部位休息至少48小時。
假如我昨天練了大腿肌肉,那今天排了有氧〈ex.慢跑or騎X-bike〉
這樣子大腿的肌肉是不是就沒休息到了呢?
因為我自己的課表是排一天重訓一天有氧,
不知道板友有沒有比較理想的建議?
