重訓後有氧 - 健身

各位巨巨好:
因為放暑假可以在家自己煮
所以本巨最近開始實施減脂計畫
訓練菜單 = 增重期的訓練 + 半小時的有氧運動
本巨想問的是
在增重期間,練過的部位平均會痠3-4天
但在減脂期,訓練後加入有氧運動30min,訓練部位的痠痛只持續1-2天而已
先前有爬文看到「不痠≠沒練到」一說
但是心理層面還是有種不充實感
請問各位巨巨,本巨這樣的情況正常嗎? 為何會這樣?
