爬文不少人說重訓完加上30min有氧消脂不錯
所以最近也開始排進來
我是在健工練,他們有跑步機,腳踏車,登階機跟攀爬機
不知道前輩們有什麼建議?
跑步9km/hr 30min累的程度感覺跟登階 level7差不多
抱歉不確定登階機強度概念只好寫等級
但登階大腿會滿有感的
攀爬機則是爬10min就撐不太下去
我會爬10min接登階20min, 中間喘30sec
攀爬連肩膀跟背都要撐著,超累
腳踏車就沒在騎,不知道效果如何
這四種大家會比較推薦哪個呢?
