結束後便開始覓食吃晚餐
不知道有什麼"外食"是比較適合重訓後的
畢竟感覺外食頗難既健康又能有效修補肌肉
目前想到的大概像牛排.豆漿.鹽水雞胸肉等等不知道正不正確
