有認真練習的人,必定滿身大汗
組間休息或是換器材休息
還是很喘啊
心跳一樣很快啊
有氧運動心跳超過120
但我深蹲完也超過120啊(是我不正常嗎)
等到一二分鐘比較不喘又再進行下一組
可以說整個重訓的過程,包含組間休息
心率和攝氧都是大增
組間休息也是重訓的一部份啊
在休息的一二分鐘
大量冒著汗水
我覺得好像也算部份有氧吧?
另外,網路上有不少文章說無氧運動
如重訓是無法燃燒脂肪的,
這應該是錯的吧???
