各位前輩好
之前乳清蛋白都是去好市多買,喝過EAS巧克力跟MP餅乾
最近在研究iherb網站
因為商品實在是太多了
想請教各位前輩是否有推薦的產品呢?
爬文看很多人推ON金牌,但比較價錢跟蛋白質含量好像跟好市多的差不多
是我誤會什麼了嗎@@"
另外請教,MP罐子上面的說明寫建議一次喝兩份(蛋白質約25g/份)
爬文又看到有研究指出要增肌最好的是補給至少40g
我目前主要目的是想減脂,運動方式是重訓20~30mins接跑步30~40mins
如果一次只喝一份,會不會有喝等於沒喝?
