因為我是重訓新手,網路上的資訊真真假假
想說板上巨巨眾多,特來求證一下
有一說是重訓時間不要超過1個半小時
不然反而會大量消耗蛋白質
想知道有沒有理論可支持這個論點?
想說如果是真的話,勢必組間休息要縮短,也要趕在1個半小時做完才行
