重訓時間長短+健身房選擇問題 - 健身

早安,初來乍到的菜逼八想問版上巨巨一些問題,請不吝指教。
1.運動時間長度
根據當初業務的建議+網路資訊後,
每次都給自己安排15min有氧→三個部位各5組(15下)→15min有氧收工
這樣一輪下來約一小時,但加上洗澡、回家車程,
搞得回家都超過12點,嚴重壓縮到生活作息。
加上現在是半工半讀的生活型態,事情爆炸多,長久下來肯定沒辦法維持,
因此有在想直接把熱身收操用的有氧拿掉,多做一個部位、調整組數,
把時間壓縮在40-50分鐘,這樣是可行的嗎?(時間真的很寶貴QQ)
2.健身房選擇問題
魯妹在二月的時候簽某連鎖健身會員,貪的是下班時間沒人,器材完全不用等之類的,
而且在上下班的路上,交通方便,但沒工作的時候就不會想出門XD(車程超過30min)。
不過魯妹常接觸到很多(出國返國的)小孩,
前陣子疫情關係就先不上健身房,保護自己保護他人,
結果健身房的人常常來關心我怎麼沒去,
已經言明是疫情關係了,還是很鍥而不捨的要我去教練體驗課......orz
太怯懦的關係所以還是去了,去了又被教練一直推銷課程,好煩,
已經說了現在半工半讀很忙很窮,還有疫情問題,但對方還是一直推銷,
整個人都處於爆炸邊緣orz
剛好離自家只有三分鐘路程的地方開了新的健身房,
於是考慮是否要解約連鎖健身房改簽自家附近的,但電視上常報健身房惡性倒閉的新聞,
讓人怕怕的(附近這間是全新的,沒有連鎖加盟,而且開幕不到三個月)。
想了一下兩種健身房的優缺點,但還是覺得很難取捨,想請大家給點建議~
連鎖健身房(不是傳說中讓人學法律的那間)
優點:不怕倒閉、出事有保障、場地大、在上班路上、教練應該品質比較好(?)
缺點:離家遠、推銷很煩很強勢
住家附近小健身房
優點:離家非常近
缺點:怕倒閉(?)、可能資源較少
大概以上兩項問題,再請各位不吝解答,謝謝~
