承認只是想要來討拍而已 如果不適合的話我會刪文
自己是有點肉肉的體型 但因為一直以來都有運動習慣 看起來還算是勻稱 (大概吧)

到去年11月因為覺得自己還是想要瘦
找到的新的健身房上教練課 想說有人逼自己應該會瘦比較快
所以就開始在運動中加入重訓
每周上課三次 課程主要是
A. RDL+引體向上
B. 深蹲或分腿蹲+伏地挺身
以上兩個課程交叉做
都會再加入一些調整身體歪斜的動作以及核心 以及最後都會做間歇
課程偶爾會改做高強度間歇或是拳擊
大概是自己沒有特別控制飲食的關係 目前身形上看起來沒有太大的變化

甚至上次有人說我變胖了 (真的很難過)
更難過的是 大家只要聽到我在重訓 都是說
"妳會不會變的很恐怖啊?"
"這樣肌肉會變很大塊耶"
"會變的很魁耶"
有次我在FB上放了自己在重訓時的影片
就有朋友在群組丟天使臉孔魔鬼身材的女生(都是健美的壯碩女生)的連結
我自己是覺得自己原本歪掉的身形(肩膀跟脊椎)有被調正
但是因為沒有變瘦的關係 就覺得自己沒什麼資格跟人家談健身
好像也沒有立場去反駁說自己身材其實有變好
平常雖然也是笑笑地就帶過了 但其實心裡真的很難過 寫到這裡就有點想哭
現在只能積極一點控制飲食減脂肪 例如今天是輕斷食日(每周1-2天)
從小就被笑是胖妹 大部分的減肥方法也都試過 但就是意志不堅才繼續胖
到現在開始想要用比較健康的方式運動減肥 找了專業教練協助
但還是會被笑金剛芭比 覺得有點無奈 大概是胖子不管怎麼做都不對吧 :S
補充: 輕斷食是之前看到有位版友成功瘦到XS的 (該篇已加最愛) 她有提到偶爾輕斷食
因為平常食量不小 又愛吃零食 所以想說藉由這個方法縮胃
以及至少一周就會有幾天不吃零食
其實也才實行了兩周啦 早餐一定會吃(自己打的無糖木瓜牛奶) + 晚餐(烤地瓜+牛奶)
好像是有根據的騙身體燃脂的方法?
