重訓的教學 - 健身

由於目前也加入健身房幾個月了。
每次使用的器材大部分都是以跑步機為主,
還會跟combat交替著上。
體重是掉的速度比較慢,
但是因為慢跑,
原本的下半身有逐漸變小的趨勢。
而也想請問一下,
如果我想加強重訓手臂和下半身的話,
大部分都會用什麼樣的器材呢?
重量是大概多少?
我每次在跑步完之後,
會使用像Leg Press之類的機器。
還有類似像划船一樣的兩側手把,
但是是把往下壓的重訓。
(很抱歉,我不太會形容)
而我都是看器材上面,
有標示訓練哪個部位,
才去使用的。
我也想另外請問一下。
每台機器,每次30下,做3次為1組,
那正常來說應該要幾組為適合新手入門呢?
