重訓目的是減脂,那麼抽脂後繼續重訓效果會更好嗎? - 健身

我是女生,重訓已好幾個月了,體脂和體重都有些許下降(雖速度慢),
我深知減脂只能從重訓和有氧著手,如不依此道則減脂效果將不易維持
先 讓大家了解我操課表
一三五六日我會去健身房
滑步機熱身----做重訓四十分鐘(分五大肌群,基本上是憑感覺練,但每次都會練腹部)
-----室內單車一小時
之前教練幫我測過身體組成,他說我肌肉質量好,但脂肪也很多,大都集中下半身
這樣加起來,導致我下半身特別粗壯,而運動要長期抗戰,要是稍不注意,很容易又脂肪
上身
因此我開始上網查詢抽脂的資料,了解手術的效果和過程,也跟醫生談了很久
醫生跟我說,運動效果大不如抽脂(當然我知道這是推銷手段),但是抽脂是硬生生
將脂肪抽出,可以根本解絕下半身肥大的問題,手術後體脂下降,下半身不再有脂肪堆積
而我再加以努力做有氧重訓,相信會有明顯效果
不知道版上是否有大大可以給我些建議呢??
請回覆者 對抽脂手術能有一定概念,不是一味抨擊,謝謝,感恩^^
