重訓與血壓 - 健身

想請問各位健身得前輩
小弟健身約莫4-5年,也算是有小成,肌肉也長了大概8-9公斤
178/68算是還行的身材
最近因為想要保險抽到健檢
結果去量血壓大約平均高壓都在140-160之間
結果就被退保了= =
小弟想問重訓的人平常血壓就會比常人高嗎
因為我實在想不通我以前量血壓大概都在120上下
偶而失眠也不至於這麼高阿...
