重訓與酒量的關係 - 健身

小巨是科技業業務,應酬是很正常的事。
雖然早就知道過度攝取酒精對於增肌減脂是非常的不好,
但開始重訓快一年後,從伏地挺身 10RM到現在胸推50kg 12RM也算是有點改變。
但當時跨入健身理由之一,也是聽到"練得多喝得多"的都市傳說。就心動了...
究竟重訓對於「可以增加最大酒精代謝量」或者「加快酒精代謝速度」有沒有幫助?
這個問題,網路上只有出現酒精對肌肉合成不好的研究,沒有解答。
所以,依照小巨自身的親身體驗,我覺得反而是變弱了。
我猜想有幾個原因
1.沒增加多少血液肌肉,只有減少脂肪的體格下,反而提升對酒精的反應?
2.重訓的恢復期會增加身體的負擔,無餘力代謝酒精
3.身體循環變好,吸收變好,應該要從消化道順著食物排出的酒精反而被抓進來?
4.「練得多喝得多」這個都市傳說,只是因為你喝多不會胖,就以為可以喝更多...
其實我也很會很心疼好不容易昨天撐過負重深蹲 10x10地獄,今天在修復的時候
竟然與人拚乾杯破壞心血....唉
可是我就是愛喝,馬DER~
