重訓跟有氧的比例問題 - 減肥

一直以來都比較喜歡有氧
也明白重訓對於提升基代的重要
所以還是會做一些重訓的器材
可能以前在運動中心器材比較少而且都買一小時而已
大概都是跑步半小時重訓半小時
最近新加入萵苣就不用得壓在一小時內
目前大概重訓跟跑步時間5:5 全部練完大概一個半小時
如果是減肥為主
各位會建議提高重訓時間嗎?
