運動一陣子了
因為看到大家強調重訓
我這三個禮拜開始做!
運動情況大概是:
禮拜一:慢跑2公里+body combat
禮拜二:重訓1小時+晚餐後2公里慢跑+body pump
禮拜三:2公里慢跑+body combat
禮拜四:重訓1小時
禮拜五:2公里慢跑+body combat+約15分鐘重訓
禮拜六、日看心情運動
三個禮拜前我運動量大概是扣掉重訓
現在增加了重訓理論上應該運動量增大體重會下降才對啊
為什麼變胖2公斤....
飲食也都照舊
是不是哪裡要改進?謝謝
