量完inbody後的疑惑-已爬文 - 健身

先說一下我的背景~
目前36歲是兩個小孩的媽
從研究所開始就有去健身房的習慣(當初是亞力山大受災戶)
但自己偏好上有氧團體課。 之前完全不重訓也不做跟肌耐力有關的運動
後來懷孕生小孩兩胎中間整個完全運動停擺,
直到約兩年前小孩都上學了才又恢復去健身房的習慣~
因為15年前跟現在運動觀念有差(我本人啦)
所以現在會去做簡單重訓器材(女性繞一圈做十台那種),也都會去上pump槓鈴課
抵抗力不錯,非常少感冒,感冒也是一兩天內會解決~
心肺在同年紀全職媽內算中上
(這是上團體課自己觀察到的因為家庭因素都只能早上去健身房,
遇到的都是全職媽之類的。晚上去的會更菁英我懂)
因為體態保持得還算不錯,所以簽約健身房一年半以來都沒想過要去量inbody

最近想說反正可以免費量測(主要是因為個人因素快解約了)趕快預約量一下
量完這數值我覺得很矛盾~

我是跟朋友一起去的,我們三個人裡面其他人的體脂都偏高,但我出來的健身評分最低
(只有70!!超受挫的)
主要問題出在我的總肌肉量太少
因為教練偷給我們看另一個她的會員測出來的結果 體脂30%竟然分數還有8x!!
但我覺得矛盾的是,看那個全身肌肉數量分佈的圖
我下半身都是高,上肢跟體幹都是正常
怎麼會一起算出來我還需要加5kg的肌肉?!
再者,就算我真的加了5kg的肌肉好了,我現在體脂19%體重53kg
加上去會變13之類的吧!我覺得我很滿意現在的體脂率啊~
還是說脂肪也要一起增加(我的脂肪也缺4kg左右)
但脂肪又不能選位置長,大家都知道當媽的要長脂肪會先長肚子吧!
然後給我的標準是加5kg的肌肉加上5kg的脂肪?要增重10kg的意思?
我知道我偏瘦,但我自認我是健康瘦,但不是弱不禁風那種

教練解說給我的感覺就是這樣,我不知道是不是為了要推銷我也去上教練課才這樣說
我現在的運動目標只有想要明顯的川字腹肌(現在要吸氣才有微微)
所以我該不該聽教練的話去增全身的肌呢?
