原本早餐都是配無糖黑豆漿(1xx卡)+茶葉蛋
今天發現全家的自有品牌紫米米漿(60卡)
口味偏淡 喝起來還順口 但是有加砂糖
另外一品地瓜米漿不太推薦 甜味頗重 沒有很愛
想請問類似這種飲品適合減脂當早餐嗎
無糖黑豆漿喝起來有些膩了QQ
