大家好
家父年過花甲
已抽煙數十年
近來診斷出慢性肺阻塞
雖說不是立即性疾病
也不需要服用藥物
但仍想帶帶父親訓練訓練身體
目前
身體方面的問題大概是易喘
爬樓梯 就不要不要的
唯一的會流汗的活動大概是上三溫暖
所幸三溫暖中心有附設健身與泳池
有些初步的規劃想給家父訓練:
1. 泳池健走
最安全 最緩和
不過好像太緩和
不會加強呼吸肌的能力
2. 快走+小慢跑
主要擔心傷膝蓋
心肺易爆掉
怕出緊急狀況
3. 登山
但家父很懶
不愛出遠門
平日我都不會在家父身旁
不過假日能陪同訓練
目前幾個大問題
1. 父親脾氣很硬 覺得沒病
2. 父親很懶
3. 不肯戒菸
誠心想請教各位前輩
有沒有一些建議
關於吸菸長輩 維持心肺能力的方法?
