長期的腰痠背痛嚴重影響我的生活
讓原本彩色的人生蒙上了一層陰影
最近試著研究肌肉的伸展來改善
過程中突然一到靈光打入天靈蓋
以下是我的想法:
重訓時讓肌肉緊繃的方法是往內收縮 e.g蝴蝶機是鍛鍊胸肌
,伸展胸肌則是將胸肌往前頂,手臂往後拉開
故若我的左背緊繃,應該是頭往右彎,左背往左伸展,平時盡量避免身體往左傾
若我的右頸緊繃,應該是頭往左彎,右頸往右伸展,平時盡量避免頭往右斜
想請問各位大大這樣想是對的嗎,很怕伸展錯讓情況加劇~"~
