說真的,如果你是那種不是免費+可以拿紀念品的課程就不想參加的人,底下這篇心得文可以不用看了你應該不會喜歡。我是來分享我為什麼要當冤大頭付費上跑步課,與上完課我的進步成果。
我算是跑步課元老級的學員,當時在網路上看見跑步課程招生訊息,心裡還想,跑步哪需裡需要上課?懷著想踢館的意念看了下課程內容,我發現我沒一個看得懂。細問一下教練,他說了一句話打動了我的心……
跑姿正確的跑者,是不會有蝴蝶袖跟鬆屁股的。
(想當初我就是因為屁股鬆了大腿垂了才開始跑步的)
我是不曉得五個月前是不是已有免費的跑步課可上,總之我當時找到的資訊只有周教練有。第二,我家住較遠(南部),沒辦法一口氣把課上完。教練承諾,只要他有開課,提前通知,都能雖時去補課,重點是,內容真的他馬的紮實。單單第一堂暖身,就讓我大開眼界。我以前一直以為暖身就是動動手動動腿,做點伸展之類的動作(我看免費跑步課上也是這麼教的)。可實際上課才知道,所謂「暖身」,就是要你在幾個動作內,心跳加快,關節靈活度變好,冒汗,同時肌群也準備要開始運動……
我以前做的那些暖身動作,根本是個屁(掩面)。
然後我也發現,身體確實的暖開來後,跑起步來變得好輕鬆喔。
第二要跟大家分享的,是跑步姿勢。周教練名言,跑步要用屁股跑。他不太強迫學員腳著地的姿勢,反而是從核心(也就是肚子跟屁股)開始訓練。跑步用大肌群跑,小腿跟腳掌只是輕輕碰到地面,如此一來就不會有小腿粗大、腳踝痠軟的感覺。這部份我是受益者,不是教學者,沒辦法細說為什麼會這樣。
總之我交了900塊(加滾筒放鬆課一起上的話是1500),但我花了三個月才把課上完,教練也依約沒再加收費用,我有空上課時他就熱情歡迎我。然後重點來了,我的跑步成績,同樣的距離,5k,我從33分鐘完成,到現在19分半就能跑完,中間讓我休息兩分鐘,我可以又跑一次19分半結束的5k(我很認真在鍛鍊我的肌力,這些課堂上都有教),現跑步最快樂的事,就是追上然後海放其他男人。
