跳繩呼吸 - 健身

如題 很久沒跳繩了(15年以上)
加上最近健康檢查體脂/體重達到新高 決定運動減脂
綜合評估之下只有這個比較適合(慢跑/游泳等)
只是有幾個疑問?
1 速率? 因為100/分以下顯得很慢 很像電池無力?動作也卡卡的
不知道我看到建議60-90/分 是看錯嗎
2 由於新手且從未運動過
心肺功能極差 常常呼吸會亂掉然後臉色發白無法持續
有建議的呼吸控制訣竅嗎?
