啞鈴與壺鈴的選擇 - 健身

自從開始上班後, 體重便慢慢的上升,
從原本的64緩慢增加的70kg,
每天慢跑5-6公里已經持續2個月,
但體重卻沒啥變化,
在新手文中看到需搭配重訓,
考慮到經濟問題, 沒辦法去健身房.
自己在家重訓最被推的就是啞鈴,
不過又看到有人推薦壺鈴,
想請問各位先進,
在家練的話,那種比較推薦呢?
啞鈴與壺鈴的差別除了形狀外,
功能上有什麼茶異呢?
