慢跑的能力"突然"增加 - 健身

大家晚安 小弟目前正在用慢跑減重中
大概已經持續1個月了 每週有5天會跑 每次至少2.5K/30分鐘
先附上我的體重資料 177/99 22歲 體脂肪27%
今天跟昨天卻有了很大的變化....
昨天我本來跑了2.5K後腳就累到歪 小腿開始痛起來
結果今天卻可以一口氣跑上5.5K /40分鐘..還不會到很累
這樣事正常的嗎? 我應該持續這樣的速度跑嗎?
ps 都是在跑步機上
