長輩長時間追劇之適當運動器材 - 健身

各位版友好
簡單說一下我的狀況:
- 人:六十歲初頭長輩,身體運動健康狀況算正常
- 身體不適之處:時常抱怨肩頸酸痛,無法久坐,我個人覺得是姿勢不良造成(底下詳述)
- 運動習慣:每天腳程稍快之快走散步半小時,偶爾會去爬山(大坑九號十號步道那種) 還算
能走,但無其他球類腳踏車跑步類運動習慣,無健身習慣也沒去過健身房(住鄉下透天,附
近無健身房)
- 想要改善之情境:長輩喜歡在客廳電視追劇,一入迷會長時間連續觀看,原本在椅子坐好
好,時間一長就會屁股痛或腰痛之類,就會跑去旁邊的沙發床躺著看(壞習慣)
- 已提過之建議:請他坐久會不舒服就該起身活動休息,而不是躺著用不健康的姿勢繼續看
,或是建議靠牆站著看矯正姿勢(但平常無一起住,很難監督有無改善)
因此我個人在想,是否在客廳擺一台划船機、飛輪機,腳踏車機之類的器材,當他坐不住時
可以到上面運動,舒緩筋骨並且稍微維持一下老年人的肌肉量,本身這個運動是有趣的又可
以循序漸進讓她會願意在追劇時主動上去做的。
不知道各位版友對這種情況有沒有什麼建議的運動方式或是運動器材可以讓沒有健身習慣的
長輩上手的呢?
